Responsibilities
� Elevating the voice of the customer across all communications channels (PR, sales, partner, internal, etc.), to support key corporate priorities and initiatives
� Document and publish all aspects of my client�s customer success, including selection criteria, implementation details, and ROI.
� Create constant, ongoing awareness and drumbeat of customer wins/successes - including high volume of customer win press releases.
� Communicate client success via high-quality success snapshots, case studies and videos.
� Coordinate events and programs to support sales, media and analyst references
� Work with the demand generation team to create programs that educate my client�s customers on best use of our products, as well as additional add-on products and services.
� Report on the successes and return created by customer marketing efforts.
� Effectively organize writing projects by collaborating with subject matter experts, content contributors, executives, PR, and sales and marketing
� Generate high-impact educational content for thought leadership to extend reach and brand awareness including SEO-optimized website content, white papers, research reports, newsletters, video scripts, and more
Required Skills/Experience
� 5+ years marketing experience within a B2B software company is required.
� Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization and with external customers, including the ability to interface professionally with clients; asking appropriate questions in eliciting information to interpret and synthesize information.
� Analytical, with the ability to create reports, snapshots, and dashboards to highlight program success and return.
� Strong written and oral communications skills. Exceptional ability for, and love of, writing compelling content for multiple channels, both online and offline.
� Uncanny ability to understand your customers and their needs and turn that into compelling content.
� Demonstrated creativity and immersion in social media channels with a strong passion for engaging with customers via traditional and social channels.
� Proactive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic; driven to meet or exceed expectations; careful attention to detail.
� Strong project management and organizational skills.
� Bachelor�s degree required; with a major focus in advertising, marketing or communications a plus.
