INVISTA is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our corporate team in Wichita, KS. In this role you will provide support for INVISTA’s global capabilities including Accounting, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and IT.
You will work alongside capability leaders providing leadership in a variety of areas including employee relations, coaching and mentoring, talent development, compensation reviews, recruiting; all while continuously acting as a steward of our culture. This position reports directly to the Global HR Director in Wichita.

Responsibilities:
*Work with the capabilities to provide HR Generalist support including compensation reviews, recruitment, employee relations, talent planning, etc. to facilitate growth objectives
*Coordinate with various capabilities to determine existing talent position and develop strategies to close any gaps
*Create partnerships with managers and supervisors, while promoting positive employee relations
*Facilitate principled based decision making with supervisors around disciplinary actions
*Help to grow and advance Market Based Management culture with managers and employees

*Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities.
*Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, maintain a positive approach and be a strong advocate of company-driven initiatives.
*Strong coaching, counseling, training and conflict resolution skills.
*Ability to lead and work as part of a team with a diverse group of individuals.
*Strong planning, organization and leadership skills.
*Excellent interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication capability.
*Provide, on an as needed basis, full life cycle recruitment support starting from requisition creation through screening, interviewing, orientation and on-boarding.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business or related field.
* 5+ years HR Generalist experience.
* Experience in MS Office Software (MS Word – document creation/editing, Excel – spreadsheet creation/editing, data entry and analysis, and PowerPoint – presentation creation/editing).
* Willingness to relocate to another INVISTA location outside of Wichita, Kansas as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
* Recruiting experience including candidate sourcing techniques (database mining, networking, Boolean searching, and related).
* PHR or SPHR certification.
* Experience with analyzing data and make recommendations to management.
