Contracts Negotiator, Wind River Systems, Inc.
Location: Alameda, CA

Responsibilities:
� Review and negotiate software license agreements, nondisclosure agreements, professional services agreements, and other commercial agreements, in support of sales
� Work with other legal team members, sales and professional services, sales operations and revenue teams to support processes for contracting with customers
� Conduct various legal projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
� Undergraduate degree required
� 3+ years hands on experience negotiating and drafting agreements, preferably software or intellectual property licensing agreements on the sales side
� Good drafting and negotiation skills
� Self-starter and ability to work with limited direction
� Ability to build relationships and develop internal and external partnerships
� Responsive and service-oriented attitude
� Desire to work in a high-energy, sales-oriented culture and the ability to adapt in a quickly changing business environment with a large volume of deals and expected quick turnaround times
� Creative thinker with ability to offer pragmatic and smart solutions
� Detail oriented
� Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage deadlines
� Intellectual curiosity
� Proficient in Microsoft Word
� Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
� Proficient in understanding and articulating legal terms in contracts
� Experience with Salesforce and Docusign a plus
