[KITlist] Account Executive - Inside Sales (Alameda or Santa Clara, CA)

We have two Inside Sales positions open. One position, the Account Executive, shares a quota with account teams in the field. The second position, Territory Account Manager, carries his/her own quota. Posted here is the description for the Territory Account Manager, but the responsibilities and requirements are similar in each position.

INSIDE SALES - Territory Account Manager Account Executive

Position: Territory Account Manager
Location: Alameda, CA or Santa Clara, CA

Description: We are looking for motivated, articulate, high-energy quota carrying Inside Sales professionals with a proven track record. Occasional travel within the geographical territory is required. This individual must be able to own the entire sales cycle. Territory AMs sell Wind River solutions, professional services, and training to existing Wind River customers, new accounts, and partners. They work alongside a Field Application Engineer (FAE) and product specialists to close deals and create demand for Wind River solutions.

Additional responsibilities include:

� Build and manage an accurate forecast to achieve quarterly and annual goals
� Sell to mid-level and senior level engineering decision makers
� Meet with and listen to the needs of prospective customers to understand their current and future technical requirements
� Orchestrate technical product demonstrations and run discovery calls/meetings
� Review complex sales contracts and legal documents with customers
� Understand the strengths and weaknesses of competing products
� Prepare detailed quotes and proposals
� Maintain customer and contact data in the Wind River CRM system

We are looking for individuals who are committed to a career in sales. Since this position is a hybrid inside/outside sales role, it can lead to a 100% outside sales role with greater responsibility.

Requirements:

� 4+ years technology direct selling experience in the software arena
� Embedded software sales and OEM marketplace experience a plus
� Demonstrated success using a consultative, solutions oriented sales approach
� Track record of success achieving or exceeding assigned sales goals
� Experience closing sales of all sizes, up to and including seven figure deals
� Professional work ethic and integrity
� Strong hunting and prospecting skills
� Evidence of success selling high dollar value solutions to new and existing customers
� Excellent listening, presentation and public speaking skills
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills
� Excellent organizational skills
� Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce
� BS/BA Degree
