Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full-time Social Media Community Manager, Web Design consultant for one of its technology clients in San Francisco, CA. The Consultant will act as the social media content lead: implementing and managing client�s social media strategies and corporate social channels, authoring and monitoring relevant channel content, corporate blogs and company website social media aspects. The Social Media Community Manager, Web Design works well within a team setting, collaborates cross-functionally with other key business units and segments to ensure alignment with overall integrated marketing campaigns. This is primarily a customer-facing role and the right consultant will adhere to our clients� social media best practices with an emphasis/goal on increasing customer engagement and conversations.

The ideal consultant has a background in web design/web development with strong working knowledge of Flash, Edge, Dreamweaver; HTML/HTML5 and/or WEB, and how those tools are utilized. The Social Media Community Manager will be required to utilize their knowledge of design/development tools to engage in conversations with the clients��� social media community. The ideal consultant is also strong in communications and writing, and has a firm understanding of enterprise social media strategies across the industry.



Specific Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain social media strategies that further clients� web design leadership role in the industry
Collaborate and identify segment goals to develop and deliver strategic social media plans over multiple launches
Manage company products through social media channels with emphasis on increasing engagement and conversation with customers with a particular focus on Facebook and Twitter
Collect content research to understand community preferences and integrate findings into social media content and strategy
Leverage social media conversations and content to grow community and identify untapped opportunities
Maintain awareness of other segments and ensure alignment with overall integrated marketing campaigns
Compose regular reports that highlight and assess social media channel and metric successes
Utilize company best practices while engaging with target audiences (end users) of clients� products

Skills:

3-5 years� experience developing, managing and implementing social media strategy, channels and overall content within an enterprise environment
Strong communications and writing skills required to be successful in this role. Social media/online content editorial background a plus
Web design and developer experience (web/mobile), knowledge of Flash, Edge, or Dreamweaver; HTML/HTML5 or WEB required
Familiarity with latest trends in web design and development (i.e. web standards, native versus web apps, typography and mobile design)
Strong experience with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube. Familiarity with blogs, Instagram, Tumblr
Quantitative analytical skills: Ability to translate campaign analysis and key analytics tools into data points, communicate findings to internal stakeholder on a regular basis
Solid understanding of SEO concepts and how to translate those concepts into action
Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Products plus an overall understanding of cloud based technologies and business
Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure/deadlines
Bachelor�s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, or related field required
Writing samples required for consideration: Social media postings, blog writing, etc.
RATE: D.O.E; as W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
LOCATION: Onsite 3 days per week at clients� offices in San Francisco, CA; offsite/remote/WFH 2 days per week. Local, S.F. Bay Area residents only, please. No phone calls.
HOURS/DURATION: FT. ASAP, ongoing.
