Mid Market - Marketing Manager (Santa Clara, CA)
We are looking for a Marketing manager for a 3 to 6 month contract at fast growing enterprise high tech company that is launching their first solution to mid market customers. This role would focus on developing the positioning, messaging and go to market plan for the mid market solution. Given that the client is currently only in the enterprise market, they need a marketing manager who understand mid market companies IT needs. This is a 40 hr per week; 3 to 6 month project at the client's offices in Santa Clara, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
- Help educate the broader marketing team on mid market IT needs and pain points. Mid market is defined as companies with 100 to 500 employees.
- Develop the positioning and messaging for the mid market solution.
- Create a go to market plan for the mid market solution
- Launch the mid market solution, working cross functionally across the marketing team
- Develop marketing collateral, web content, blogs, etc. for the mid market solution
Requirements:
- 5+ years of mid market marketing experience of IT solutions
- In depth understanding of mid market IT needs and pain points
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work across geographically distributed organizational and functional boundaries (engineering, sales and business development)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, roll-up sleeve attitude with start-up like passion
