Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a part-time/permanent Marketing Project Manager. The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for management of a sales enablement program— operated out of Field Marketing—supporting five Field Marketing Managers in the development and execution of sales kits that enable our clients' Sales teams to accelerate the sales cycle. The Manager will also be responsible for capturing and reporting metrics from the marketing program.

The Marketing Project Manager must have excellent project management and communications skills. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with knowledge of Field and Sales organizations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers to discuss program objectives and determine program schedule

Manage weekly program meetings including agenda management, meeting facilitation and dissemination of tasks and responsibilities

Project manage program calendar, timelines and communications for creative and reporting

Manage process, communications and timelines for the loading of sales leads into Salesforce by working cross functionally with stakeholders from multiple departments

Gather content and information from Field Marketing Managers and ensure messaging consistency throughout the program

Manage program communications with multiple sales teams, Field Marketing team and necessary departments feeding into the program

Develop targeted overview material and content kit for each sales campaign by working cross-functionally with various organizations and vendors for content and creative (varies per program)

Manage procurement of data and timelines for each campaign working cross-functionally with stakeholders

Schedule and execute all logistics of training sessions: Gather content for training deck, write and manage execution of all communications about training (4-6 webinar trainings per quarter)

Manage Metric Reporting process including developing the report to capture metrics from program performance, and develop summary report for stakeholders

Ad-hoc client-facing marketing communications projects and programs as needed

Skills:

5-7 years of marketing experience and demonstrated project management skills. Field Marketing experience developing and executing sales training/enablement programs preferred.

Ability to operate within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment

Ability to pull content and necessary program information from multiple sources

Ability to manage/execute logistics of training programs

Ability to write/manage execution of internal communications

Experience with capturing and reporting program metrics

Excellent project management skills, PMP certification a plus

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Adobe Acrobat PDF portfolios is required

Ability to use Salesforce, Adobe Connect and InDesign is a plus

BS/BA in Business , Marketing, Communications, or related field required

RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group

LOCATION: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday onsite at clients' office in downtown San Jose, CA. Remaining days remote/virtual/WFH/telecommute. No phone calls, please.

HOURS/DURATION: 30hrs per week, Monday-Friday, standard business hours, ASAP - ongoing.

Details:

Security Engineer in Southboro, MA.   It is a 3 to 6 month contract.   We can only use local candidates.   6+ years of Security experience is needed.   Checkpoint experience is required as well.

 

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates as a lead contributor in the support of the client's product development from a technical security perspective. Design, deploy and support the technical infrastructure for third party access to the client's systems, applications and infrastructure, including Firewall, IDS, VPN, and Authentication systems.
Performs operating system and security assessments, application vulnerability assessments, and compliance auditing across multiple platform and application environments.
Works with management to develop information security standards, procedures and guidelines across multiple platform and application environments.
Works closely with IT and product development teams, in a senior level capacity, to support design of secure infrastructure and applications, assisting in or facilitating the implementation of protective and mitigating controls. Works with cross-functional Security Incident Response Team as needed.
Participate in projects as an technical team leader and Solutions Delivery Lead (SDL). Design and deploy technical mitigation strategies for application protection.
May represent the organization on projects and may perform in a project leadership role and/ or supervise activities of lower level staff. Failure to obtain results or erroneous decisions would normally result in substantial expenditure of resources to correct or achieve results. 4-7 years of Technical Security Experience.
Broad knowledge of many aspects of information security with in depth understanding of many of the following areas: Firewall, IDS, WAF, VPN, Authentication technologies, Key Microsoft Technologies, Cisco, Checkpoint, and network fundamentals. Industry certifications: GIAC, CISA and/or CISSP preferred.

Client is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) contractor for approximately 6 month engagement on the Departments DMV Modernization Program, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Center project.

The IAM SME will work with a team of SMEs to help create and author plans, policies, procedures, and governance for SOA within the IAM discipline. They will develop and operationalize change management for the tools and technologies within the IAM discipline.

They will create training and procedures to engage IT administrators to administer and/or configure the tools and technologies within IAM. The IAM SME is responsible for support, gathering technical requirements, assisting with technical design/architecture and evolution of the SOA center Project deliverables. IAM services required include understanding current authentication/authorization, session management, identity lifecycles, Role and Attribute based access control (RBAC/ABAC) models, entitlement management, user administration, Identity and Access Auditing, and recommending SOA solutions.

The IAM SME will help create standards which application groups will utilize during development to plan, develop, administer and execute authentication and authorization. Responsible for authoring plans & training to ensure the SOA center methodology enforces and assures adherence to applicable regulatory standards such as HIPAA, protection of personally identifying information (PII), protection of consumer credit information, etc. Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project Team and the Client's IT department to identify and analyze core IAM competencies and weaknesses while recommending SOA centric IAM solutions.

Activities include discovering, validating, documenting and communicating the organization's IAM knowledge for Client's IT SOA Initiative. Identify issues and risks found in the mapping of IAM processes to SOA methodology. Develop, create and maintain SOA documentation related to IAM plans, diagrams, processes and procedures. Author, Review, and maintain SOA process/procedure documentation. Ensure SOA centric IAM methodologies planned by the project team take into account the separation of duties, roles, and responsibilities.

Assist in the creation of a training and transition program to transfer SOA centric IAM knowledge to Client's staff.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

 

•Demonstrated experience working with Optimal IDM

•Understanding of Single Sign On, SAML concepts & Federated systems

•Experience capturing users' identity and providing services to users based on their identity
