We are in San Francisco, backed by growth equity firms Summit Partners and Battery Ventures. <br /><br /> Description<br /><br /> Please note previous Start Up experience (within the last 5 years) is required. We will not consider candidates without previous Start Up experience.<br /><br /> Job description:<br /><br /> RiskIQ is expanding rapidly and we need someone to help us manage this change. The Head of HR will be a key member of the Management Team. He/she will partner with the leadership team to conceive, create, implement and execute corporate programs that drive business results and people development in a highly dynamic and rapidly growing business environment. The head of HR will use their years of HR experience and their understanding of our business to provide strategic input and lead solutions in areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations. This role will be an advocate of our company culture and will help their entire team to understand and align with their Core Values.<br /><br /> What you'll be responsible for:<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Compensation and benefits – help to set the compensation levels and benefits package across the organization to ensure we can attract and retain the best talent<br /><br /> Performance management - lead formal annual objectives setting & performance review processes; and identifying & addressing people performance issues<br /><br /> Regulatory compliance – ensure the business complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements<br /><br /> Learning and development – build this function within the business and support individual growth through training<br /><br /> HR systems - implementation and management of internal HR systems (e.g. vacation tracking)<br /><br /> Culture – help to build the company culture in line with our values<br /><br /> HR partners – Manage the relationship with our external HR & payroll partner<br /><br /> Legal – manage and resolve any employee legal issues<br /><br /> On-boarding - conduct all new employee orientations and on-board new hires<br /><br /> Desired Skills and Experience:<br /><br /> What we're looking for in you<br /><br /> 7+ years of HR experience<br /><br /> Bachelor's degree<br /><br /> Experience in rapidly growing business and managing change a big plus<br /><br /> Experience managing, planning and implementing HR projects and strategic change initiatives<br /><br /> Ability to establish strong relationships with all levels within the organization<br /><br /> Passionate about building culture in a fast-growth environment and equally passionate about growing and nurturing world-class talent<br /><br /> Enthusiastic team player<br /><br /> Detail oriented and well organized<br /><br /> Positive attitude that is contagious<br /><br /> Willing to get stuck in to any task that is required
