Qualifications
Senior Project Manager throughout the duration of this RFQ/SOW. The position and associated skills, qualifications and certifications are described below and must be verifiable in the candidate’s resume:
a. Must have current Project Management Professional certification
b. Must have Certified Scrum Master certification
c. Minimum of 7 years of project management experience
d. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects in accordance with the Project Management Institute’s standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide)
e. Minimum of 3 years IT strategy and planning experience
f. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing application development projects
g. Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff
h. Must communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
i. Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Preferred Qualifications:
a. Experience using the Scrum framework to manage at least 1 project
b. Experience working with a Project Management Office (PMO)
c. Experience facilitating requirements gathering and JAD sessions
d. Experience managing documentation in SharePoint
