Contractor shall ensure that its staff assigned to perform the services in this Contract shall have at a minimum the following experience:
3+ years of experience performing business process analysis.
3+ years of customer support experience
3+ years of Healthcare Billing experience.
2 years of experience producing business and/or technical documentation related to the requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, design, process and data flow diagrams, data migration, data modeling testing, and training.
1 year of demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
2 years of experience training and mentoring staff.
2 years of experience translating business process requirements into technical requirements
1 year experience of validating user requirements, providing written test plans, verifying product functionality and coordinating testing activities.
2 years of experience testing web-based applications.
