We just received a new role for in Weston, MA. This is a highly urgent need. Due to that we can use H1's, layers, and/or non-local candidates. We really just need to get them the best candidates possible. The Max Rate depends on the level of the candidate. Candidates must have extensive experience with Dell One Identity Manager.
Ideally they want someone who can go Perm but again urgent need so they will consider someone who just wants to temp.

Sr. Team Lead with an extensive technical background in the identity and access management space.
We currently seek an experienced, self-motivated individual to lead projects and support activities for Identity & Access Management platforms. This person will manage the Directory Services environment (Active Directory, Identity Lifecycle Manager, and Single Sign On) as well our Identity & Access Management (IAM) system based upon Dell One Identity Manager. The Senior Manager will also lead and mentor an existing team.
At least 8 - 10 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on Infrastructure applications and program management.
Experience in designing and supporting large Active Directory and IAM platforms with strong Project Management skills.
Ability to manage and mentor team and individual performance, productivity, quality and timeliness of project and operational deliverables.
Highly collaborative, team oriented, customer-focused approach with the ability to set and manage customer expectations.
Strong business and financial acumen. Comfortable with analytical and quantitative analysis to justify recommendations.
Experience negotiating vendor (hardware/software) contracts.
Matrix management experience with global teams.
Active Directory experience (5+ years).
Identity & Access Management experience (8+ years).
Systems Life Cycle methodology experience required.
Cloud-based or on premise Single Sign-On (SSO) experience required.
Communication skills for Senior Management.
