Experienced Partnering Program Manager needed for long term project work for Fortune 500 Client Company.

Client Company is stable, public, and growing.

We are looking for a Program Manager Lead that can contribute to a Corporate Program which involves developing an Employment program focused on social benefit and building the skills for learners to gain jobs in the Internet of Everything (IoE). This new program is highly dependent on partnerships. This position would be responsible for developing a consistent approach to relationships in 3 areas: Extended Faculty, Mentoring and Partner Content.

Extended faculty: The program is depending on a plethora of different skill sets and relationships to help with mentoring, reviewing content, creating domain analyses, cognitive task analyses, concept mapping, writing of learning outcomes, occasional creation of video and written content, and if they wish, guest teaching at key moments in the program and/or indicate other experts or speakers for specific areas.

Mentoring: Identify dedicated mentors to help job seekers throughout the program with project work, specialization selection and career guidance. These mentors could be from partner employers, work internally, social enterprise organizations, or other interested organizations.

Partner Content: This program relies not only on the content and education of practices and methods within the company itself, but also integrating other practices that could enable participants to become well-rounded in their ability to grow. This position would require research and knowledge of industry related training that could further enhance the content of the program.

Responsibilities

Develop a consistent approach messaging for addressing the different types of partnerships

Identify potential extended faculty members

Create a recognition program for extended faculty mentors

Clearly define the role of the mentors

What qualifications are required to be a successful mentor

Determine how best to approach the content partners. "What���s in it for them? Why should they help our program? "
