Qualifications:
a. Ability to communicate effectively(verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff
b. Demonstrated experience developing database driven web-based applications with Classic ASP – 3+ years required
c. Demonstrated experience developing database driven applications in a Microsoft Visual Studio.Net environment with C# – 3+ years required
d. Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development techniques – 3+ years required
e. Demonstrated experience with 3-tiered logical/physical architected applications – 3+ years required
f. Demonstrated experience with Oracle – 3+ year preferred
g. Demonstrated experience working with users to gather and document business requirements – 3+ years required
h. Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical systems specifications – 3+ years required
i. Demonstrated experience writing test cases for unit testing and user acceptance testing – 3+ years preferred
j. Demonstrated experience working within a standard ISDM and structured change management procedure 3+ years required
k. Have at least 2 years of experience with the specific COREN (Companies and Related Entities Navigator) Application
