Ecosystem Partner Marketing Senior Manager at MobileIron

The Role:
This role is responsible for driving preference for MobileIron as a marketing partner with our top tier ecosystem partners. This position is a blend of strategic leadership, marketing innovation, and multi-tasked execution - with a pivotal impact on our fast-growth business. This person will:
• Lead co-marketing planning, program creation and implementation with top tier ecosystem partners, ranging from Box to Cisco, including prioritization and detailed execution plans for lead generation, thought leadership and enablement programs.
• Build and nuture partner relationships at a senior marketing level to identify and activate joint opportunities with quick time-to-market.
• Drive inclusion of MobileIron in partner marketing activities to drive sales referral opportunities; lead development of marketing and enablement content in support of sales and channel engagement. Works closely with the Business Dev., Product Marketing, and Field Marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Engage top tier ecosystem partners in the creation of co-marketing strategy and plans to drive measurable goals.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key marketing players in leading partner companies and team with them to achieve marketing goals.
• Identify and secure co-marketing opportunities with partner companies, such as webinars, seminars, roadshows, sales kick-offs and user conferences.
• Secure partner participation in MobileIron marketing opportunities, such as joint webinars, executive summits, email campaigns, sales kick-offs, and MobileIron's user conference.
• Facilitate development of compelling value proposition that represents the differentiation of the joint solutions to enterprise customers.
• Partner with HQ marketing and field marketing in Americas, EMEA and APJ regions to ensure flawless execution of marketing activities.
• Drive ongoing communication and enablement, including content and training, to clearly position MobileIron and the partner as part of a winning solution.
• Work with Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Reference and Social teams, to drive creation of content for top tier partners, including solutions guides, demo videos, infographics, white papers, blogs and use cases/case studies.
• Define programmatic co-marketing elements of the ecosystem program, including assets and programs available to partners at each level of the program.
• Support the measured goals of the Business Development team to recruit and drive/leverage sales through ecosystem partners.
• Setting and management of partner marketing budgets, including interface with purchasing and finance to ensure proper process for establishing purchase requests and invoice tracking.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise marketing and partner experience, including experience marketing to, through and with partners, to drive results.
• 8+ years must have been spent in B2B enterprise and partner marketing roles including planning and execution.
• Experience in developing co-marketing plans with partners, including goal setting and alignment with MobileIron and partner company goals.
• Ability to manage lead generation and thought leadership activities from inception to execution, tracking and reporting.
• Above average technical aptitude in the area of mobility and enterprise infrastructure and applications, with ability to articulate to craft and articulate value propositions.
• Execution ninja and supreme multitasker, with superior organization skills, who can juggle multiple marketing activities across multiple partner companies in any given month.
• Resourceful enough to know when to delegate and pull in other resources to scale.
• Business-development savvy and experience in building and nurturing marketing relationships with partner companies at all levels from the CMO to field marketing.
• Proven track record of supporting Sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and data in concise, clear graphical presentations, written content and verbal presentations to a variety of audiences.
• Demonstrated skills in positioning and differentiating products and services and the benefits of the partner programs.
• Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Budget management and tracking experience.
