Job Description:





WideOrbit is looking for an outstanding marketing professional who can help us drive sales and increase brand and market awareness. The Director of Corporate Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing highly effective demand generation initiatives, managing corporate and product brand marketing initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams in the development of corporate and product messaging and content to support these programs. This key position will report to the head of Corporate Marketing and Communications and will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management and the rest of the corporate marketing team. The right person for the job must be strategic, highly creative, a strong leader, an excellent writer and possess the ability to take a program from conception to execution and evaluation against qualitative and quantitative strategic objectives.





Here is what you'll be doing:





• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive pipeline for Sales and promote customer loyalty and renewals, which may include online and offline direct marketing, print and online advertising, social media, content marketing, events and webinars





• Work collaboratively Sales and Product Marketing to position products, establish demand generation goals, strategies and tactics





• Work with PR to develop an effective integrated communications plan that supports marketing initiatives





• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customer programs and campaigns that boost client loyalty and satisfaction, as well as support the customer renewal process





• Create compelling messaging and content for use in marketing campaigns, advertising, online content and sales tools





• Work cross-departmentally to develop, deliver and maintain effective marketing materials and sales tools





• Oversee websites and online presence, including social media and blogs, to ensure that they are optimized and contain compelling and current content





• Implement an effective and ongoing SEO strategy





• Monitor, analyze, optimize and report program and campaign performance





• Coordinate with system administrators to manage and maintain data integrity





• Manage marketing budget and spend





Here is what we're looking for:





• 10+ years high tech marketing experience





• Established track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives that include online and offline direct marketing, print and online advertising, customer loyalty programs, content marketing, social media, webinars and events





• Outstanding creative writing and messaging skills





• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop lead gen strategies, programs, content and tools to help drive and support sales





• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)





• Strong organizational and project management skills





• Demonstrated experience managing, motivating and growing teams





• Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems required





• BA/BS degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or Communications field





• Knowledge of media and broadcast television industries or digital ad technologies a plus





Location:





This position will be based in our San Francisco headquarters located in Levi Plaza. Ability to telecommute 10-20%.
