             Job Summary & Responsibilities

             Job Summary
             A key strategic priority is the roll out of a new web based platform that allows internal and external
             clients to access GS content through rich web applications. The platform will be used by across all
             divisions to deliver to their clients across desktop and mobile. The team is looking for a QA
             automation engineer with web experience to help improve the quality of the applications

             Main Duties
             1. Use the "GWE QA Automation Framework", to create automated test scripts with the goals of
                 * reduce customer observed failures in Marquee applications
                 * reduce the latency needed to certify releases
                 * reduce manual effort needed to certify releases
             2. Educate and increase internal capability for writing QA automation skills
             3. Elicit testing requirements from application owners
             Basic Qualifications
             * Fluency in Selenium and general web development (HTML, CSS)
             * JIRA or other issue tracking systems
             * VCS (svn or git)
             * Fluency in JavaScript, or fluent in Ruby/Python and willing and able to learn JS
             * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
