The Global Social Media/Talent Communities Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of the Online and Social Media presence in support of candidate sourcing and employment branding for Aon Hewitt Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients.

Responsibilities include:
Set strategy and manage RPO Clients' employment portal and Talent Community landing pages.
Partner with all appropriate departments including Sourcing, Recruitment, University Relations, PR, communications, IT, HR, and web development to accomplish goals and execute strategy.
Network and partner with appropriate third party providers for cross-client and individual client support to of their employment brand and sourcing objectives.
Develop true thought leadership by stay current on, working with and adapting to the changing landscape of career site technology, employment branding, social media and social tools.
Actively educate colleagues, clients, and external audiences on community technology changes, updates and recommend adoption of new technologies
Monitor, analyze and report on metric data of all social media sites periodically to clients and RPO management
Inspire and generate ideas which benefit clients and Aon Hewitt via active existing social and upcoming emerging media networks.
Help establish Aon Hewitt's RPO reputation as the leader in Recruitment, Sourcing and Employment Branding.
Advise clients on the creation and modification for their social media corporate policies.
May have responsibility for managing team members as the sourcing function grows
Qualifications

Bachelors degree required; preferably with a technology related major
5+ years experience in advanced on-line recruitment and sourcing using advanced Boolean search, and other data mining techniques
3+ years experience in social media recruiting/sourcing and employment branding via Web, Email, Landing Pages, Microsites, Blogs, RSS, Social Networks, SMS & Mobile Text campaigns, Live Chat, and other advanced concepts
Experience building and actively connecting with and mining talent communities using CRM technology and other tools
Knowledge of Twitter sourcing, employment brand watching, and hash-tagging
Knowledge of FaceBook sourcing, employment brand watching and functional concept design
Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiting, corporate pages and functional design
Knowledge of Digg and other benchmarking tools
3+ years experience in designing, writing and managing a blog.
3+ years working with Taleo or other large ATS systems.
Experience in vendor selection, management, discovery, testing/piloting, and implementation.
Advanced use of Google Analytics, source data reports and other measurement tools.
Knowledge of and advanced use of CRM systems for the use of talent communities
Demonstrated ability to conceive, create, execute, measure and analyze recruiting strategies via social media

Preferred Qualifications:.
Experience presenting to groups of 30 or more via webinars, conference calls or in person.
Understanding of recruitment budgeting process
Work experience with a professional services company
