In this position, the individual will be responsible for working with all internal departments (Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Contracts, etc) as the focal point for all questions and issues that relate to customers. Coordinating cross-functional teams which bring distinct specific projects to completion, is key to success in this role. The Strategic Customer Manager works with outside sales. They may also be in close contact and direct communication with customers. Manage various projects for customers (forecasting, technology transitions, overall customer satisfactions, etc). Internally, take ownership and leadership to ensure that all deliverables are provided on-time and projects are closed with success. Guide internal teams to make the appropriate decisions while ensuring that the partnerships are maintained with customers. In tandem, drive customers to make decisions that are consistent with SanDisk policy and vision (including increasing the bottom line). Serve as a liaison between customers/Sales and SanDisk.
This position requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5 or more years of related experience in accounting, program/project management. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and Technical background a plus. Experience working with an international company a plus. Fluency in Japanese is required.
