MBA Intern (Part-time)
o Your internship will be in the corporate Financial Planning and Analysis department
o Duration of internship: Initially 6 months, with the possibility of converting to a full time position
Responsibilities may include:
- Develop and maintain financial models/analysis to determine financial impact of business decisions
- Evaluate acquisitions and new products
- Assist in development of budget plans and forecasting activities
- Prepare management reports
- Conduct competitive analysis
- Participate in process improvement projects, including development and implementation of new business processes and best practices
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and project management skills
- MBA in progress with strong academic performance
- Prior corporate finance experience strongly preferred but not required
- Superior leadership skills and potential for advancement
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical, decision making and project management skills
- Team player; works effectively with all personnel
- High level of initiative; desire to measure, analyze, track and improve processes and performance
- Technology savvy, willing to adopt new tools and techniques
