Project Coordinator
As part of Crimson's Products and Markets Services, we are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to lead the primary research and recruitment efforts for a market assessment project.
Key Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
• Recruiting qualified candidates to meet with our consulting teams.
• Maintain records of quota achievement on projects for the team lead
• Web research to identify participants
• Building and maintaining our database of qualified candidates for future studies to ensure that our database is up-to-date and accurate
• Researching and sourcing research partners including maintaining relationships with key members of the team
Must Have:
• Experience in a Project Coordinator role
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills (this role will involve heavy phone and writing skills)
• Ability to use sales techniques to appeal candidates to speak with Crimson
• Web-savvy and knowledge of web-posting processes
• Experience in a high-tech or consulting work environment
• Out of the box thinking in order to attract the right research respondents for various assignments
• Experience with Office 2000 (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Location: Remote, (any location)
Duration: 3-5 weeks. Part-time, 24 hours per week.
