Demand Generation Program Manager (Contractor)
We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Program Manager to program manage multiple projects at a global high tech company. The Demand Generation Program Manager will support key members of the global demand generation strategy team in delivering robust, creative, and targeted programs in a timely manner. This person would work with our creative agencies to own and deliver key projects.
This is a one year, 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in the South Bay. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Demand Generation team by managing large, complex enablement programs with many moving parts.
- Work as part of a larger program team to get timely reviews and approvals for all projects.
- Project manage external agencies to manage production schedule, briefings, creative and editorial reviews. Projects may include: Marketing Kits, email nurture programs, Seminar-in-a-box Kits, contact acquisition and awareness programs, microsite development, and turnkey channel partner programs.
- Work closely with all members of the demand gen, solutions marketing, project management and field Marketing teams.
- Create internal reports and presentations on projects and results.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years marketing experience in a demand generation, field marketing or channel marketing team.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage many complex projects at a time and work well across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with external creative agencies.
- Ability to critically assess and make recommendations for improvements.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and a high level of proficiency with Excel and PPT for project management and project presentations.
- Strong communications and writing skills.
- High energy and enthusiasm, and desire to be part of a high-performance team.
- Bachelors degree
