Sr. Customer Data Analyst (Contractor) (Silicon Valley)
We are looking for a Senior Customer Data Analyst to work with our Global high technology client on a 6 month, 40 hour per week contract opportunity. Work would be conducted onsite at the client's offices in the South Bay, but there is off-site flexibility. This role would be as a w2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions.
The Sr. Customer Data Analyst is responsible for retrieving and analyzing both internal and external customer data, building predictive models and presenting information and opportunity relating to key enterprise accounts within the client's installed base. The Sr. Customer Data Analyst will work closely with the Business Reporting team as well as the Strategic Sales planning team.
Responsibilities:
• Customer analytics and analysis, Data analysis, Reporting, Statistical Model Development, Data Mining, CRM (Oracle and Salesforce.com) Analysis,
• Internal customer data analysis (product/service sales, support information, channel components) and the integration of third party data analysis (customer revenues, IT spend, etc)
• Creation of customer predictive analytics (including customer lifetime value estimates, segment analysis)
• Support of strategic sales account plan development
Requirements:
• Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Finance, Financial Systems, Statistics or Economics (Master's preferred)
• 7 years experience in one or more of the following areas; Customer analysis, Financial analysis, Statistical model development, Data mining and/or CRM Database Analysis
• Experience developing ad-hoc business analysis reports using a multi-dimensional database/business intelligence tool
• Detail oriented team player with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management
• Strong data management and analytical skills with the ability to produce ad-hoc or standardized reports with varying complexity
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data analysis and Business Intelligence tool (Oracle)
