The candidate is considered a Business Subject Matter Expert in Quoting and Ordering space able to gather business requirements, identify issues and opportunities, and translate complex business issues into clear requirements. Demonstrated experience as an architect, experienced in technologies, approaches and methodologies for delivering end-to-end enterprise wide business solutions.

Desired Skills
 Business model & business case facilitation and development
 Global perspective and International experience
 Strong in depth of knowledge in Oracle ERP solutions.
 Exposure to large enterprise systems is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities include:
 Plan and Conduct cross-functional discussions / working session and document working sessions (White board sessions / surveys / process analysis etc) for the Quote to Order space
 Drive Solution discussions with core and cross-functional team
 Conduct business process changes / improvement discussions
 Coordinate with Business Solutions Team members and include detail mile-stone activities in the overall program plan.
 Documentation and content preparation in collaboration with Business Solutions team, IT and cross-functional team
 Analyze and establish Business Modeling for business processes in collaboration with Business Solutions Team
 Support in conducting recurring meetings for status updates as well as to coordinate task execution from analysis perspective
 Manage & update Scope Documentation as required ( per release activities)
 Proactive Identification and management of issues and risk mitigation
 Support/provide guidelines to functional leads from business perspective to complete the deliverables included as part of the working sessions / workshops etc
Educational Background Recommended
Minimum 10-12 years experience with minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect utilizing Oracle ERP applications versions, 11.5.8 and above.
