The e-Commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing several microsites that sell Norton internet security software products to the small office/home office segment. The person in this role should be able to make recommendations to improve site layout, enhance messaging, and optimize promotions. Other areas to manage include: reporting, data gathering, and analyses. This is primarily a tactical role that requires experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
• In-depth operation of microsites: SKU creation, URL construction, banners, promotions, etc.
• Coordinate online efforts with key internal teams as well as outside third party resources
• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of online marketing programs relating to microsites
• Develop test plans using "test-measure-refine" methodology to continually improve sites
• Implement web site analysis using various reporting tools and make recommendations based on data
• Ensure that all microsite content is accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications
 2-3 years e-commerce experience
 Familiar with various reporting and data tools
 Tech-savvy; basic understanding of Internet technology
 Exceptionally proficient with Excel and PPT
 Attention to detail - accurate data gathering, insightful analysis, ability to manage logistics and details with flawless execution
Hours
• 30-40 hours/week
• 3 – 6 month contract
• Hourly rate $35-45/hour depending on level of experience
