Description: The ideal candidate will have previous experience with CRM or related applications in a customer facing role and have the ability to effectively communicate the value of eGain's solutions to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead eGain partner relationships with Enterprise Software companies and System Integrators; e.g., IBM, Microsoft, SAP, HP, Cisco, Accenture, Oracle, Nice, and Nuance
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key partners
Develop strategies and tactics on opening up new business opportunities including OEM, reselling, and co-selling
• Experience to independently negotiate contracts, understand and navigate complex decision-making process and ability to close.

Experience/Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of the partner programs of enterprise software companies and highly desirable to have worked in an Enterprise software company and have an active current network
• Ability to interact professionally and personally at all levels of the customer organization
• Strong technical background and customer management skills
• Previous enterprise software sales experience.
• Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
• Demonstrated understanding of the company´s strategic fit and in the Customer Interaction market
• Knowledge of competitors and complementary solution providers
• Ability to travel up to 35%
• 15 years + proven track record selling enterprise software
• MBA or equivalent experience highly desirable
