The Role: Sr. Lead Generation Manager

We are currently searching for an experienced Sr. Lead Generation Manager to craft integrated demand generation strategy and plans that will generate incremental pipeline for existing and new solution areas.
The Sr. Lead Generation Manager is part of a highly productive, collaborative team and reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing. This is an ideal opportunity to join a successful, dynamic organization that is a market leader in the field of portfolio and project management. The scope of responsibilities covers category building, identifying content and campaigns, executing programs, and tracking and reporting on the results. The Sr. Lead Generation Manager is also responsible for functioning as a coach and subject matter expert by providing demand generation leadership and insights to the team.
Your Required Skills & Qualifications:
You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
You have ten or more years experience in demand generation and online marketing in software or technology companies
You have experience managing a target area of a product line in a B2B environment
You have demonstrated success developing and executing repeatable and sustainable demand and lead generation processes, conversion programs, and marketing campaigns, providing measurable growth in specific solution areas
You have experience analyzing market dynamics, target buyers, and domain expertise (internal and external), as input to defining messaging, and developing a demand generation strategy to influence the marketplace, capture the interest of the target audience, and generate, nurture and convert pipeline
You have experience creating and driving an integrated lead generation program that delivers on pipeline goals and cross-sell/upsell opportunities for the specified market
You have managed demand generation tools, SMEs for content development, resources and agencies for campaigns and programs and reported on results
You have extensive project and budget management experience
You have a solid understanding of financial concepts
You are a creative and visionary team player with the ability to wear many hats and multi-task
You have vendor negotiation and contractor management experience
You can provide demonstrated results of improved sales pipeline/funnel close ratios in your most recent position
You are a strong interpersonal written and oral communicator with the ability to influence others without formal authority
You are an excellent problem solver, leader and team builder who inspires and drives business results
