Position Responsibilities:
The position will lead and set the standard for development activities within our organization. She/He will be the point person in having development successfully create and deliver technology on schedule and budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas of management in this role.
Engineering Operations
- Quality processes for development
- Project management
- Program management
- Scheduling management
- Outstanding background in triage of problems
- Superb skills in dealing with priority issues concerning the customers
- Strong demonstrated skills in both tactical and strategic planning
Product and Technology Development
- Must possess strong knowledge of the balance between customer needs and technology and human capital resources
- Have strong knowledge of the utilization of both internal and external resources
- Solid experience in thinking "outside the box" use of OEM, open source, etc
- Successful candidate must be a consummate team player
- Individual must be a highly collaborative, flexible, visionary
- Strong communication skills able to evangelize the ebeam technology to customers
People and Organizational Management
- Must have a track record of accomplishment in managing successfully groups of engineers with different attitudes, skills, and persona's
- Has to have demonstrated success in development and successful release of several commercial successful products
- Skills in hiring and creation of smart, bright, nimble development teams
- Must have strong experience in dealing effectively with the engineers concerning performance reviews, discipline, and employee relations
- Experience dealing with creation and leading team toward specific goals and objectives successfully
Vice President Development Engineering - Prefer Local Candidates- Highly prefer EDA experience
- 15+ years of experience in development engineering with a minimum of 8+ years in a management capacity
- Ideal candidate will have BS/MS in engineering or computer science from a top tier academic institution
- Experience in EDA is highly preferred and background in place and route or optimization is a significant plus for this role
- The ability and experience in building, motivating, and scaling teams of engineers is critical for this role. Successful candidate
should have had background in supervision of 50+ individuals
- Significant passion and desire to join a firm and contribute highly to the success and growth of the organization
- End to end product development expertise in the design and implementation of methodology to launch commercially successful products
- Strong self starter, track record of determination, desire, and success is critical for this role

Director/ VP Modeling (Very Hands On role)
Requirements (Individuals must possess 8+ years in OPC/ILT modeling)
Must-Have" Requirements: • OPC/ILT modeling experience
• statistics, data mining, modeling (mask, wafer, process, yield,)
• strong knowledge of equations/methods used to model
- eBeam scattering
- resist development
- thermal effects on wafer/mask
• handy with scripting languages, elementary programming in C or other language
• demonstrated knowledge of calibration methods and managing empirical data
"Nice-to-Have" Requirements:
• PhD in Physics, EE
• presentable to customers, able to persuasively explain complex technical ideas and methods
• emerging or existing (good) reputation among peers in mask lithography arena.
• strong management skills (planning, leading, recruiting, coaching, directing, training, delegating)
• Matlab, Mathematica, SAS, JMP, R, SPSS applications experience
