Zscaler is looking for a dynamic Demand Generation Manager experienced in leading net-new demand creation activities in a startup environment. This key member of the marketing team will lead the creation of creative, engaging campaigns and events using the latest demand generation methods. The objective is to quickly generate incremental pipeline for existing and new products and services and then track and reporting on the results.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns, programs and events for sales opportunity growth
- Plan and execute events, webinars and conferences
- Write campaign copy
-Implement landing pages and email campaigns in Marketo
-Develop campaigns, including drip campaigns, using Marketo
-Implement and manage lead scoring programs in Marketo
- Plan and track demand generation marketing budget and ROI using SalesForce
Requirements:
-5+ years' experience in field marketing/demand generation role, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience with demand generation for SaaS or software company preferred
-Bachelor's Degree
-Proven success in planning and executing a variety of marketing plans
-Extensive experience and passion for running field events such as roadshows, lunch and learns, webinars and seminars
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience using marketing automation systems (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Affinium) and SFA/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLogix)
-Experience with sales-stage nurture tactics, buyer personas and lead scoring.
