The Role: Warehouse Inventory Specialist
The Location: Austin, TX
Reagan Outdoor Advertising is at home in the wide-open spaces and on busy city streets. We give advertisers the opportunity to communicate their message to the Austin marketplace. Out-of-home advertising growth consistently outpaces other mass mediums. We are currently searching for a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join an industry and a company where this growth is projected to continue.
The Warehouse Inventory Specialist will be responsible for inventory management including: receiving and logging in of inventory, pulling and prepping inventory for the next day's production, verifying inventory counts of warehouse items and items received in packages, and recording inventory pulled down from billboards the day before and logging into the system. The Warehouse Inventory Specialist will also be the point person for maintenance required on boards. At times they will drive throughout the Austin area and take pictures of signs and visibly check boards. On a daily basis they will download pictures of the signs, label, match, and save on the company's network. They will also be a part of the shop team and will be expected to help out with duties such as keeping the shop clean.
What skills & experience do I need?
High school degree or equivalent, some college or associates course work is a plus
Two years of related work experience including managing inventory in a warehouse, shop or distribution type environment
Attention to detail and ability to consistently execute tasks
Computer skills require the ability to write e-mails, knowledge of Word and Excel and scanning files and faxing documents
Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees through verbal and written formats
Ability to think quickly, independently and take direction
Fork lift certification is a plus, but not required
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
