Adap.tv, is seeking a Sales Planner to support the North American agency sales team. This position supports sales managers and account executives with their sales efforts and manages accounts on a day-to-day basis throughout the process.
Responsibilities Include:
* Ensures that the sales force has the required sales materials and support information for all RFP responses.
* Collaborates with assigned sales managers and account executives to respond to RFPs.
* Assists in proposal development for specific clients.
* Utilizes information provided by extended sales support teams to craft the most effective plan based on RFP requirements.
* After the close of a sale, passes along critical information to the post sales support team; keeping all necessary parties apprised of key information.
* Supports post sales team as sale material revisions are required.
* Reports to the VP of Sales and works day to day with adap.tv sales team to support their needs.
Qualifications/Experience:
* 2-3 years of sales support experience within an internet advertising environment required.
* Must understand workflow and process around developing RFP’s and collaborating with sales team remote and local sales team.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to details.
* Proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual projects.
* Strong PC skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
* BA in Business Administration or a related degree strongly preferred.
* Other duties as assigned.
