Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a qualified Partner Marketing Manager consultant for one of its leading clients in San Jose, CA. The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and developing strategic leadership programs focused on go-to-market and in-market program objectives. The consultant will create storylines and written communications as well as develop and manage launch programs. Overall responsibility will include an array of activities focused on launches and marketing campaigns.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
* Creating storylines and written communications in support of programs; partnering with Partner Marketing and World Wide Sales marketing teams to determine the most effective communication messages, tools, and strategy to further the objectives of their initiatives.
* Developing program messaging which is "convertible" when applied to various deliverables.
* Ensuring that the program strategies are successfully executed across multiple channels
* Act as the conduit into the Services business to pull all the other campaigns together to ensure a cohesive message that can again be applied to any applicable programs within the overall services segment marketing plans.
* Serve as a marketing management advisor to marketing leadership teams and build partnerships with individuals at all levels of the organization and works across multiple functions.
* Partner with internal, cross functional team members to ensure message alignment across the company
Skills:
* 8-10+ years of relevant marketing/communications experience in the high tech sector, including at least one large company
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively influence cross functional teams
* Solid influence, consulting and content development skills
* Able to partner with individuals at all levels of the organization and collaborate with other functions across the company
* Solid presentation skills, project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
* Demonstrated ability to define and assess marketing programs and communicate value of the programs to various constituents
* Ability to develop and evolve short and long-term marketing strategies while consistently driving tactical projects
* Successful experience in executing marketing program strategies, across multiple regions and time zones
* Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
* Experience working on virtual teams and with cross-functional organizations
* Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams to complete project and major initiatives
* Ability to identify critical barriers to success and quickly determine mitigation plans to ensure timely and successful results
* BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or similar
Rate: $2400 per week D.O.E., as a W2 employee of Crawford Group
Location: Onsite at corporate headquarters in San Jose, CA. No phone calls please.
Hours/Duration: 40 hrs/week; ASAP - ongoing
