Job Description:

looking for a strong and dynamic Quality Assurance leader with experience
building and managing a successful Quality department. You would be part
of a team that is working on cutting edge online fraud technology. You
would be working closely across multiple teams within the company in
order to ensure all business objectives met. It's an opportunity to not only
get your hands dirty with the exciting technology, but a chance to help
provide direction and leadership as the company continues to grow. You
will work closely with senior management as you help produce world class
software used in some of the worlds largest financial and e-commerce
institutions.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
. Using your management and Quality Assurance experience, work
closely with peers in Product Management, Project Management,
and Product Development to scope projects, prioritize projects,
allocate resources, and help direct the product roadmap.
. Mentor team members to grow as Quality Assurance Engineers in
order to help realize their full potential.
. Define and implement a pragmatic automation strategy
. Oversee test plan creation and reviews with development team.
. Manage and coordinate bug tracking with QA, Development, Product
Management, Support, and Project Management teams.
. Manage release exit criteria and responsible for overall system signoff.
. Develop key metrics to ensure and track over all quality of the
product.
. Champion product issues to ensure a high quality product and
improve the over all customer experience.
. Ensure test strategies and efforts are in line with business objectives
in order to reduce risk as much as possible.
. Continue to grow and evolve the test automation strategy in order to
maximize investment and reach economies of scale. In the process,
ensure appropriate timing, focus, and maintainability of the
automation efforts.
Job Requirements:
The candidate must be customer focused, a strategic thinker, and able to
incorporate business priorities into resource and project plans. In
additional to leadership skills, you must have a strong technical background
with hands™]on experience. Your experience should include successfully
leading a Quality Assurance team to deliver high quality software, on
schedule, while meeting business objectives. You need to be an effective
communicator verbally and in writing. Also:
. Deep technical knowledge and experience with distributed, high
performance, data intensive, back™]end systems.
. Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including
agile methodologies.
. Familiarity with Unix/Linux, C/C++, and related technologies.
. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
. Proven track record to deliver projects on time with good quality.
. At least twelve years of experience in quality engineering, including
at least five years in a management role.
. Security/fraud related experience is a plus.
