The Recruiting Coordinator is a client facing role sitting at our client site and is responsible for:
Tracking candidate information and maintaining up-to-date candidate status information
Sending candidate correspondence and follow-up, including offer paperwork, new hire information, and onboarding information
Interview scheduling, coordination of interview days, candidate travel set-up, bookings, and expense reimbursements
Ensuring Background Checks and any other pre-employment checks as required are documented, and escalating potential issues to client
Ensuring confidentiality with all sensitive matters
Organizing and maintaining candidate recruiting files including EEOC tracking as instructed
Performing administrative activities to maintain compliance (applicant files, etc.)
Provide standard or ad hoc management reporting as requested
Assisting Recruiters and Hiring Managers with all aspects of the interview process including arranging office visit interview activities and acting as a liaison with candidates
May also involve (client specific):
Coordinating internal and external job postings
Initiating work Visa procedures, and liaise with Legal department on Visa matters
Coordination and facilitation of Day 1 activities (supplies, roster, etc.)
Administering pre-employment assessment
Coordinating and providing support for job fairs
Deliverables and Performance Measures
Effective and efficient coordination of applicant processing
Successful completion of tasks on time and with consistent accuracy
Timely turnaround with accuracy of offer letters
Client satisfaction (responsiveness)
Compliant with regulatory or client process as documented in PSDM
Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience
Ideal applicant has one to three years of recruitment support experience, customer service, administrative, or related work experience
Prefer experience with a high-volume recruitment process
Prefer recruiting knowledge
Prefer customer service/client facing knowledge/experience

Formal Education & Certification
Minimum high school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
