Demand Generation Strategy and Execution

We are looking for a senior leader to drive Demand Generation for a SaaS collaboration solutions company. This privately held company focuses on targeting mid-market companies with distributed teams. The company wants a leader to drive their demand generation efforts and increase sales.

The Demand Generation leader will be primarily responsible for the development of the strategy and then the execution of demand and lead generation programs and campaigns to drive qualified sales leads for the inside sales team.

The project will start with 3-4 weeks, full time onsite at the client´s offices in Mountain View and then will scale down to 2 days or so per week, when program execution begins.

This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.

Responsibilities:
• Research, develop, produce and present comprehensive demand generation strategy—including target market identification, messaging, content needs, metrics and activities to be employed - email campaigns, events, social media, etc
• Identify and create required marketing content to drive demand generation efforts
• Develop and execute lead generation programs, marketing tactics, events and other activities which may include the following: SEO, SEM, website and community requirements, events, webinars, seminars, telesales, etc.
• Continuously educate and report to the senior executives on the demand generation strategy and execution. Evaluate effectiveness of the tactics and track conversion to sales.
• Adjust demand generation strategy based upon the results realized.

Requirements:
• At least eight years of experience in demand generation, channel and sales roles in b2b high tech companies; start up experience preferred
• Demonstrated success developing a repeatable and sustainable demand and lead generation process and a pipeline of leads, conversion programs, and marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement in top line and bottom-line growth
• At least two years of experience in working with marketing and sales automation tools like SFDC, Marketo, Eloqua and/or similar
• At least five years of demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratios
• Ability to define then manage to set of Demand Gen metrics/KPIs established ahead of time taking into account: Company goals & objectives, SaaS peer/competitor bench marks and other sources
