Title: Program Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+
The person in this role will be responsible for project management, daily vendor management oversight, managing reporting and metrics dashboard development and implementation, marketing and communication efforts, and escalation support for Global Benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in vendor management including on-boarding, financial reporting, PO management, invoices and contract management (Daily vendor management oversight)
- Participate in regular meetings with Center Directors and Regional Manager
- Coordinate services by facilitating interactions with different organizations
- Support program business development and marketing services to increase awareness and employee engagement.
- Conduct project management services for new services, centers and initiatives to ensure excellent execution and implementation
- Analyze program success via performance measures reports, utilization outcomes, and satisfaction surveys
Education and Experience:
- Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent
- 5+ years related experience
- At least 1-2 years experience managing projects
SKILLS REQUIRED
The role requires a solid grasp of and ability to apply standard Project/Program Management practices, including but not limited to the following key skills:
- Experience managing child care facilities
- Excellent people, process, and problem solving skills, strong organizational skills, technical acumen, and communications skills.

- Team player that can help drive change through process analysis and improvement
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Mitigates team conflict and communication challenges
- Sets and manages client expectations
- Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Capable of building cross-functional, diverse teams
