Our client in Kennesaw, GA is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to support our growth and hiring in our Sales Center.  They are a private equity firm that are dedicated to helping small businesses get the money they need to grow.

 

We are looking for someone with full life-cycle recruiting experience, with a mixture of corporate and agency. The idea candidate is skilled at building a strong recruitment campaign and research strategy for each search and can find and close the ideal candidate. This person will take pride and personal interest in helping a company identify the best talent and make a difference in the lives of the candidates and your hiring managers. We want you on our team!

 

Responsibilities

 

    Full lifecycle recruiting and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large

    Manage entire recruiting process: sourcing, selling the firm, understanding candidate motivations, qualifying competencies and culture fit, shepherding the interview process and closing

    Pay attention to details, adhere to EEOC standards and manage the on-boarding process seamlessly for new hires

    Create and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent for each assigned practices

    Develop strategies on current openings acting quickly to changing priorities

    Build lasting relationships with Hiring Manager and collaborating with them on current needs

    Develop new and effective sourcing strategies geared towards attracting top talent

    Research and attend industry recruiting and networking events

    Keep up to date on latest and greatest sourcing tools and techniques

    Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles quickly

    Leverage and maintain in-house database (Zoho Recruit) to build virtual pipeline

 

Qualifications:

 

    3+ years of experience as a Corporate/Agency recruitment experience

    Full life-cycle recruiting experience, with a mixture of corporate, agency, and start-up experience

    Strong experience recruiting for hard to fill positions with competing deadlines

    Tech-savvy with a true interest in technology

    Skilled at building a strong strategy for each search and can find and close the ideal candidate

    Natural sales ability and can build trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers with ease

    Well versed in various sourcing methods including Boolean search strings, sourcing tools, user groups, networking, and cold calling candidates to generate interest in CAN Capital

    Thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment while being extremely adaptable and flexible

    Team player with tenacity, energy, passion, integrity and desire to help out the team.

    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
