We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing for a full time employee role at a leading semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer. The Director of Product Marketing will manage and lead the product marketing team responsible for managing and expanding the product portfolio into the LED, MEMS and OSAT markets. The job is located in the Bay Area, CA.
Responsibilities:
•Ownership of product marketing to achieve market share, revenue and profitability targets in the LED, MEMS and OSAT market verticals.
•Work directly with customers to understand their needs.
•Understand market and competitive landscape for the target vertical markets
•Define, develop and deliver product offerings.
•Work with internal teams to execute on the strategy and vision.
•Launch the new products to the target markets.
•Ensure committed lead time and quality performance of products.
•Management of the product marketing managers.
Requirements:
•10+ years of product marketing and development experience in semiconductor manufacturing or capital equipment industry.
•Prior experience in a director level role.
•Strong experience in etch, deposition or wafer clean tools.
•Experience in LED, MEMS or OSAT/Packaging markets.
•Proven people management and team leadership experience.
•Solid understanding of financials and business performance.
•Proven leadership skills including prior people management.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
•Strong leadership skills with the confidence to interact and present to senior management.
•Bachelors in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management or Business
•MBA
•20% to 25% International and domestic travel.
