This Technical Writer position will be the single Egnyte voice for all external customer-facing communications. It is required to maintain a proper methodology for purposes of consistency and efficiency. You'll need to prepare and/or maintain documentation pertaining to email communication, newsletters, product messaging, product updates and marketing collateral. A wide degree of creativity and flexibility is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create documentation methodology and framework
• Documentation of core product and customer solutions
• Develop and maintain user-training materials
• Assist with helpdesk articles
• Help with marketing communications and collateral
Requirements:
• 2+ years of technical writing
• Bachelor's degree in a communication or a technical discipline
• Very strong writing skills
• Familiarity with conventions in form, structure, and notation of technical writing.
• Highly motivated and work well independently and in a team environment
• Previous technical experience highly desired
