Responsibilities Include:
-     Innovate and sustain a successful lead generation programs that drive growth across existing and new account BD teams
-     Define, track, analyze and report BD and recruiting metric sto the BD and recruiting teams and management team on an ongoing basis
-     Manage the marketing operations for Marketers That Matter and corporate marketing including the development of marketing materials and the ongoing maintenance of Sage's corporate website
-    Administer BD and Recruiting commissions payments and reporting
-    Oversee administration of CRM system
-    Identify, define and collaboratively execute key process improvements and solutions
-    Manage ongoing BD and Recruiting weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings and follow up
-    Undertake key special or strategic projects throughout the year assigned by COO
-    Manage and mentor a team of 2 individuals
 
Skills Required:
-    Fluent in Outlook, Word, Intermediate Excel skills, LinkedIn, Powerpoint
-    College degree

-    Ability to strategically assess problems, recommend solutions and lead execution successfully
-    Exceptional follow-through and detail-orientation
-    Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

-    Open to feedback, positive attitude, eager to learn
Skills Preferred:
-    Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn and general ATS/CRMexperience
 
40 hours/week M-F 8:30am – 5:30pm
