Role: Human Resources and Operations Manager
Location: Walnut Creek and Cupertino
Time Commitment: Full Time

Channel Impact is seeking an HR and Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day internal operations of our company. In this role you will be commuting between our two locations in the bay area to work with the corporate team.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
Position Overview:
Human Resources
• Help with recruitment. This includes, but is not limited to: work with marketing manager to post jobs online, update website, send to distribution lists. Schedule interviews, update candidates on recruitment status.
• Manage the on-boarding process for new employees and subcontractors. This includes, but is not limited to: preparing the offer letter, sending the on-boarding kit, setting up benefits, collecting payroll information, setting up phone extensions, email addresses, ordering business cards, conducting reference and background checks, etc.
• Manage the employee exit process. This includes, but is not limited to: working with finance manager to determine final paycheck, complete the exit paperwork, collect assets such as computers, etc.
• Prepare consulting agreements for Channel Impact sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with Marketing Manager to manage employee website.
• Manage employee documentation: ie Handbook and other collateral
• Manage quarterly client survey
• Plan and manage 6 employee training webinars
• Employee experience management:
Employee birthdays, anniversaries and monthly recognition (coordinate with Staffing Manager)
Manage annual review process
Collect weekly client status reports
Conduct 1:1 with employees to share client feedback
Operations
• Complete vendor enrollment packages
• Work with Channel Impact employees and customers to prepare Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Enter information in client's tools (FieldGlass), follow-up on approval status
• Update contracts spreadsheets
• Manage Channel Impact suppliers such as insurance and benefit agencies.
• Perform monthly audits on medical insurance statements.
• Manage state agencies
• Support Staffing Manager by scheduling & coordinating candidate interviews
• Provide general office management such as: ordering supplies, watering plants, replenishing the food and water, keeping the office tidy.
• Provide administrative support to the Channel Impact executive team. This includes managing calendars, booking travel, etc.
• Book travel for employees when requested
• Management of outsourced IT resource
• Management of company tools: SFDC, Google Biz Apps, Etc.
• Management of internal staff training and on-going education
• Teach team about internal processes and tools
• Manage Immediate Impact candidate marketing communications. Sync with Marketing and Staffing Manager
Requirements:
• Proven experience in similar role
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly and acting independently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Ability to prioritize, follow up and be result-driven on your own
• Accuracy and attention to detail
