Bromium is looking for a Director of Brand and Marketing Communications to help fuel the expansion of the hottest new vendor in the security market. As the Director of Brand and Marketing Communications, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities needed to drive the growth of Bromium�s innovative security products, including defining and driving Bromium�s brand, web and social presence and driving content and communications.
Responsibilities:
�As the Director of Brand and Marketing Communications you will be responsible for specifically developing and leading Bromium�s brand identity, web site, content, creative, PR and analyst strategies
�Create and deploy Bromium�s messaging and content strategies through content generation, writing, and presentation in a voice consistent with core company values, culture and strategy
�Develop and implement integrated strategic communications and content plans to advance the corporate brand identity and raise awareness
�Develop and execute an overall coordinated, enterprise-wide corporate communications strategy
�Create and drive major, break-through public relations campaigns, leveraging PR agencies. Lead worldwide public relations to achieve high-visibility and positive presence of Bromium in top tier, industry and business media
�Manage large, national corporate events, such as trade shows and conferences
Qualifications:
�10+ years of corporate marketing experience in the enterprise software market
�5+ years managerial experience, building and leading teams
�Proven ability to work in a high growth, fast-faced start-up environment
�Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
� Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
�Bachelors or Masters in business or marketing or equivalent experience
