Project Coordination:
- Develop and maintain relationship with client point person and with Lead consultant.
- Create and update project schedules and timelines.
- Plan, schedule, facilitate and document regular team meetings.
- Review and track consultant completion of deliverables and all requirements for clientwork.
- Escalate and provide timely updates if deliverable or milestone will not be completed.
- Provide assistance as requested and needed in creating, formatting, proofing deliverables.
- Plan and schedule availability of resources such as graphics support, instructional design.
- Review and provide input on weekly Client Progress Reports.
- Ensure all necessary "project close" steps are completed and files are saved.
- Distribute and analyze results of consultant satisfaction surveys.

Event Coordination:
- Coordinate and complete all logistics for promotional events including seminars/webinars
- Setup and monitor registrations for all promotional events, confirming registrations.
- Enhance PowerPoint and Word documents with graphics and creative layout techniques.
- Create and manage event project schedules and timelines including milestones.
- Build facilitator kits with all materials and prepare facilitator prep sheet for all event.
- Summarize feedback from events and enter contacts into ACT database.
