Benefits Director

Immediate need
Our client is looking for an experienced Benefits Director that can work under pressure and has worked in large organizations with a global compliment. The Benefits Director will be responsible for communicating, maintaining, and updating employee benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team
- Develops and maintains communication materials with employees
- Provide input on strategies and current benefits programs
- Assist with evaluations, planning and administration of all health and welfare benefit plans and programs.
- Serve as primary resource for employees who initiate inquiries concerning employee benefits and assist employees in making changes as necessary.
· Strategic expertise and knowledge of compensation and benefits governance, plan design, laws and regulations, related financials, legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements, benefit program administration, global risk pooling, and enrollment processes.
Requirements:
· 12 - 15 years progressively responsible global compensation and benefits experience with a focus in European, Latin American and Asian markets preferred.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or other related field.
Global Compensation expertise would be an asset.
Position could be partially virtual.
