Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a rock star Senior Marketing Communications Manager to pull together our corporate marcom strategy, execute with ease and grace and tell us how successful your programs are. Your plan will cover all things marcom: website, social media, demand generation, collateral, presentations, events….you know the drill.


The ideal team member is a strong, well-rounded marketing communications professional, both a thinker and a doer who is accustomed to working in a group that prides itself on "getting it done." You will take our corporate objectives and use your leading-edge marketing knowledge to develop our strategy and roadmap, and execute on an actionable plan with creativity and panache. As with all of today's marketing programs, we will need to understand results: Track, make decisions and course correct based on data driven insights. A sense of humor and inclination to have fun while kicking butt is part of our culture, and will be key traits in your working style.

Responsibilities:

• Gain clear understanding of our company and clients: Who we are, what we do, why we do it, who we do it for, and why they do business with us

• Collaborate with Senior Management to fine tune corporate messaging

• Develop corporate integrated marketing communication plan for all communication channels, with main objective of lead generation

• Define and standardize consistent internal processes and framework for marcom engagement

• Execute marcom program through various channels, vendors and partners as needed

• Set-up and run lead generation programs through our active NetSuite CRM

• Develop/draft content as needed

• Analyze programs for effectiveness, report metrics to executive team, build learnings into future programs

• Identify new marcom opportunities based on customer insight, industry trends and competitive research

• Develop and socialize the marcom calendar

• Drive internal communications to stakeholders regarding programs and status

• Collaborate with our Engagement Manager to support communications out to our active employee community

• Collaborate with our Talent Selection team to support communications out to our talent community

Skills:

• 8+ years' experience developing and managing integrated marketing/communications programs, including developing strategic marcom plan, executing deliverables, and tracking metrics. Agency experience a strong plus.

• Ability to create and deliver against a multi-faceted marketing communications plan

• Strong communications skills: verbal/public speaking, written, presentation

• Strong copywriting/editing skills

• Proven experience managing an integrated marcom plan including: web, social media, demand generation, sales enablement materials, etc.

• Experience with developing and managing demand generation programs through a CRM is required, experience with NetSuite is a HUGE plus.

• Experience with SEM/SEO

• Strategic, creative and business minded while ensuring strong delivery/execution results

• Experience in market research and/or marketing analytics a plus

• Strong project management capabilities. Must have the ability to juggle multiple, concurrent demanding initiatives and projects

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar

Salary: D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group; including benefits

Location: Fully onsite at our Campbell, CA office. Local, S.F. Bay Area candidates only; no phone calls please.

Hours/duration: Full time/permanent salaried employee, standard business hours.
