Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Business Demonstration Presenter for our client, Cisco. The Business Demonstration Presenter will partner with our clients' Sales team to increase customer interest in technology solutions that address vertical industries including finance, healthcare, retail and education. Our client is looking for an experienced B2B customer presenter/business demonstration specialist with knowledge of at least two Cisco Architectures: Collaboration, Data Center, Enterprise Networks or Security.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the B2B sales cycle, knowing that his/her role in customer presentations is to help the Sales team strengthen their relationship with the customer through dialogue and value-sharing. Must be at ease while speaking with executive decisions makers from global companies.

Specifics:

The Business Demonstration Presenter will deliver presentations from the Cisco Customer Experience Center in Toronto, Canada to B2B customers. The Business Demonstration Presenter must be in the office five days a week, 8:30am – 5:30pm Eastern Time. Each customer presentation will be approximately 45-90 minutes in length.

Full training on the specific presentations will be provided on the job. The Business Demonstration Presenter will be given time to learn the products and business concerns of the vertical industries being targeted (e.g. education, healthcare, finance, etc.)

The Business Demonstration Presenter will drive pre and post presentation emails with the Sales team to coordinate schedules, confirm expectations and identify key message areas for the presentations.

Presentation frameworks will be provided, however, updates to technology solutions will required updates to the presentation content. Most presentations come with a frame work and the Presenter will be expected to articulate base-line concepts to come across as more natural. This will require the Presenter to truly understand some of the basic business concepts and customer value that are being addressed with technology solutions. It is expected that the Business Demonstration Presenter can think on his/her feet and respond to customer questions in a professional way; however, the Sales Account Manager in attendance will assist with complex/specific customer inquiries.

Refinements to presentations over time will be needed. Experience with PowerPoint is required. (Presenter not required to be a power-user of Powerpoint.)

Travel to other client facilities may be required

Skills:

4-7 years' professional experience is desired. Must speak professionally and have a good presence with enterprise customers.

Must be a dynamic, engaging, clear verbal communicator. Excellent written communications skills as well as strong presentation skills are also required. This role is an extension of the Sales team and the consultant is expected to communicate at a level reflective of a Fortune 100 company.

Knowledge of Cisco technologies is required. For consideration, must have an understanding of at least two architectures: Collaboration, Data Center, Enterprise Networks or Security.

Ability to fluently speak, write and present in French and English is required

Business fluency/understanding is required

Strongly preferred: Prior experience using technology to deliver a presentation, particularly collaboration and video conferencing technologies

Need to be comfortable interacting with big groups and executive level customers

Must be articulate and be able to deliver complex points in a concise fashion

Must be able to interact and engage with the customer or partners and stimulate/hold two way discussions at an executive level, and potentially with technical IT staff

Must be able to connect with the business leaders in areas such as Retail, Education, Healthcare, and Banking on their challenges and how technology can address them. High levels of professionalism and multicultural awareness are expected

Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Sales experience is a plus

HOURS/DURATION: Full time Monday- Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Eastern Time; ASAP – ongoing
