The Human Resources Manager for Trucker Path provides hands-on leadership and oversight for core US Human Resources functions including employee relations, performance management, and policy and procedure management. This position is based in Campbell, CA.


Primary Responsibilities 

• The HR Manager will own full-cycle employee recruiting, onboarding employee retention responsibilities for the Trucker Path US organization. 

• Collaborate and support company leaders on their efforts to define and develop the Trucker Path culture, organizational development efforts, assessing and addressing employee morale, executing key initiatives and ad-hoc organizational tasks. 

 • Leverage workforce analytics and insights to determine the health of talent within the organization

 • You must be an advocate and voice for your employees first and foremost, responding to employee needs swiftly, providing accurate information, support and guidance

• Full HR responsibilities for US organization including: Strategy, Culture, Compensation/Systems, Recruiting/Onboarding, Policy, Practices and HR Delivery, Performance/Talent Management, Employee Benefits, and Compliance.


Key Requirements/Competencies 

• The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive HR background and technology recruitment skill set.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or other related field and a minimum of 5 years work experience with HR generalist and recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry, preferably with a tech startup.
• Tech savvy with experience related to current HRIS, Radford, and similar tools and services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of general employment legislation and the application of regulations in the areas of TITLE VII, EEOC, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA and related employment law. Expertise in core HR areas including employee relations, recruiting, performance management and leave administration.
• Demonstrated history of devising and executing creative approaches to technical staffing.
• Must have a track record of creating and sustaining a high performance, results oriented environment.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
