What you'll be doing…
You'll take the initiative to develop and drive partner marketing programs globally to truly impact leads, pipeline and revenue working together with the partner community. You will work cross functionally to develop and deliver marketing programs and tools such as the partner portal, partner co-marketing platform, and partner communications across a learn, market and sell framework.
Who you are...
We expect you to have the following traits and skills which are critical to the success of this role.
• Marketing programs and demand generation expertise. You know how to develop and drive relevant marketing programs through partners to their end customers and prospects.
• Partner marketing experience. You have demonstrated that you understand what it takes to create marketing programs that resonate with partners and gain their mindshare.
• Drive and initiative to get programs to market. You take initiative to get buy in and deliver compelling global marketing programs and tools to maximize partner adoption.
• Excellent communication and skills. You have the unique ability to develop and deliver content in an effective and persuasive style making it easy to understand and action.
• You have the ability to develop a strategy and the drive to execute your strategic vision flawlessly.
What you've done…
• Graduated from a 4 year University or College with a relevant degree.
• 10 years of marketing experience and a partner related role for 4-5 years and understand the channel and how to motivate and work with partners.
• Developed and delivered compelling marketing programs to the channel such as useable partner portal, co-marketing demand generation platform, monthly partner communication and an MDF program that drives the right behavior with partners.
• Measured your impact on the business and are constantly innovating with new methods and ways to approach problems and opportunities in your role.
