We are looking for a Program Manager to execute a new channel partner program for a global high tech company. The project manager will coordinate a variety of activities including the program requirements gathering, project timeline development and management, coordination across functional teams and establishing and documenting new business processes.
This is a 40 hour per week role onsite in Santa Cruz, CA (there is flexibility to work remotely 1 day/week), for 12 months. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities
• Gather and document new partner program requirements
• Develop detail project plan and timelines based on requirements and project objectives
• Track project progress, provide timely progress, report to project stakeholders.
• Document new business processes required by the program
• Lead and manage coordination work between different functional teams (IT, web, legal, marketing etc)
Requirements
• 3+ years of project management experience with complex marketing/partner program
• Experience with Channel partner programs, preferred
• Experience working with global or cross regional, cross cultural environment a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; documentation and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• BA/BS in Communications, Business or Marketing-related field.
