As the Senior Channel Program Manager, you will be focused on driving adoption of Sindeo's products and services with Sindeo's marketing and business partners.
You will:
•Drive creation and execution of joint marketing initiatives with B2B partners including real estate franchises and brokerages that engage partners, build awareness, and drive new business.
•Build and managing a tracking system to monitor and measure the performance of marketing programs and campaigns for ROI analysis and compliance.
•Manage ongoing communications and performance reporting to business and marketing partners.
•Create comprehensive campaign plans that include program analysis, budget requirements, accurate forecasts and tactical plans to support program goals.
•Partner with business development, industry marketing, mortgage advisory team and other functions to coordinate and optimize program priorities and execution.
Ideal Candidate:
•Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and thrives on change.
•10+ years managing B2B marketing programs a high growth environment.
•Highly analytical with a strong understanding of set-up, analysis and optimization of key performance metrics including budgeting and forecasting of channel programs.
•Detail oriented and highly organized, high sense of urgency and a history of exceeding quantifiable performance metrics.
•Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and prospects regarding marketing program implementation and analysis.
•BA/BS required. Graduate degree preferred.
•Prior experience with Salesforce and marketing automation preferred (Pardot a plus).
