Installation Services Coordinator – Downtown Denver, CO.
Our client’s Installation Services Coordinator will be responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience, both internally and externally, while exceeding performance targets.
Duties & Responsibilities: Daily tasks include: introductory calls to customers, project updates, production verification, processing change orders, gaining customer approval of plans, facilitating HOA approval, and general interdepartmental communication. Success in the position is measured by: throughput, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in a customer service role is desired; Previous experience in residential solar preferred; Basic knowledge of residential construction preferred; Ability to establish priorities, work independently to proactively resolve problems and deliver results in a fast-paced environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment; Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google apps; Salesforce experience a plus; Ability to work outside of standard business hours including weekends and evening hours to meet the needs of our customers.
